Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (PST) | Monday – Saturday
Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. During sales and busy periods, it may take longer for us to process your order.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.
Delivery Time:
We offer standard delivery within 7-15 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or US federal holidays.
You must ensure that you are present at the address to receive your order. You will be required to sign for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Shipping Costs and Carriers
Our standard shipping cost is $6.99 for all orders.
Depending on your shipping location, we will use the appropriate carrier from our partner carriers: UPS, Fedex, and USPS
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to return the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order after processing your order.
