Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please contact us, you have 30 days to return the product to us.

For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

You must contact us immediately upon receipt of the product and you must return the product to us within 30 days of contacting us.

The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it

All tags, labels and original packaging must be intact and included in the return order

Defective Products

We make every effort to ensure that the products we provide to you are of high quality and free of defects. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and provide video or photo evidence of the defective product, we will assist you.

Shipping

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is eligible for an exchange, we will process the exchange.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

We accept returns within 30 days, we will arrange a refund for you if the item is defective.

After we receive your order, we will inspect the returned item, if it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.

Change or cancel your order

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests are only accepted within 24 hours as long as your order has not been shipped.
